We got hitched! (+ wedding suppliers/vendors)

So, our wedding was over a week ago and my oh my how it has flown! We are absolutely in the midst of the smushy 'honeymoon phase' and loving it. We just got back from a lovely surprise trip to Madrid thanks to my parents, which is a whole other blog post entirely, but all I'll say is if you haven't been.. go. We are now blissfully enjoying setting our first home up with all of our favourite things, and enjoying long lie-ins before its back to work!

This is all we have so far in terms of photos but I'll be sure to share all of the rest in another post! Hats off to Shoot For The Moon Photography for capturing our day so personally, so excited to see the rest.

I can't believe on this day last week on Monday the 24th of October I was right in the centre of the excitement, of one of the best day of my life. I promised myself I would enjoy every minute and not allow myself to get stressed or worry about the finer details, and that is exactly what I did. It didn't always go to plan, I had those bad days but for the most part the planning experience was smooth. Everyone else around me took such great care of us and I couldn't be more thankful.

Frankie's speech made me cry like a baby, my dad spoke the kindest words and prayers over us, we danced the night away and I have such fond memories of all of my new nieces and nephews giggling and enjoying being a part of our day.

It wasn't a big wedding, nor was it small. We were surrounded by family and friends, the people that mattered the most and that's all we needed. The day couldn't have been more perfect if it tried.

I wanted to make this post as a thank you to all of the people who helped make our day so incredibly special, we had an unbelievable day and I honestly can't comprehend how loved we felt to have all of our closest family and friends surrounding us. Both my family and Frankie's family did everything to make our day the best it could be, and our friends made our day so fun I couldn't have pictured it without those there. We appreciate every single one of you.

I want to thank all of the amazing people who helped make our day special and run smoothly, by sharing their incredible services with you. We tried to stay as local as possible and make use of friends and their services too.
